Hand hygiene system wins Health & Wellness Award
NOVEMBER 14, 2021 — NEW YORK CITY — Leading hospitality industry trade fair BDNY today chose Vaask as the health and wellness winner of its annual BDNY Product Design Competition.
The first hand sanitizer dispenser designed to be a permanent fixture in sophisticated spaces, Vaask solves hand sanitizer’s shortcomings with high-capacity tanks, a laser-range sensor that ensures no drips or messes, and durable all-metal construction.
“Hotels, restaurants and other leaders in the hospitality industry are turning to Vaask to help demonstrate their commitment to cleanliness to returning customers,” Vaask Founder Jon Olsen said.
The BDNY Product Design Competition celebrates products designed for hospitality interiors with a focus on aesthetics, functionality and innovation. Judges included Paula Azevedo of PJA Create Studios, Christina Hart of Studio Partnership, Alvaro Montoya of Hyatt, Kavitha Iyer of IHG and Stacey Sefcik of HBA.
