Q. What hand sanitizer can I use to refill my Vaask unit?
A. Vaask’s hand sanitizing fixture can be refilled with Vaask’s premium sanitizer or any quality hand sanitizer gel made of 60% to 75% ethyl alcohol.
Q. How often should I refill my unit?
A. Refill rate depends on the daily touch rate for a given Vaask unit. Each high-capacity cartridge averages 2,200 uses per fill. The average hotel or restaurant might refill each unit every other month, while a school or healthcare facility might need to refill once or twice a month.
Q.Can I order more hand sanitizer from Vaask?
A. Yes, Vaask offers its own hand sanitizer, which can be ordered by the gallon, by the pallet or via subscribe and save by calling +1 (512) 956-7687.
Q. How do I clean the exterior of the unit?
A. The Vaask unit should be cleaned as needed with a microfiber cloth and warm water. DO NOT use paper towels and/or abrasive/harsh chemicals.
Q. The red light is flashing on my unit. What does that mean, and what do I need to do?
A. If you see a red light at the bottom of the LED panel on the front of your Vaask unit, that means the sanitizer cartridge is empty and needs to be refilled. (A yellow light indicates that sanitizer is low.) If there’s a red light toward the top of the LED panel, that means service is required.
